Security Monitoring and System Demonstrations:
- Demonstrations: Contact our Monitored Accounts Manager to set up security online appointments and schedule the demonstration of your newly installed central vacuum or security system.
If you purchased a security system from us, we can maximize your peace of mind by actively monitoring your home. Your home will be secured and your homeowner’s insurance may provide a discount of up to 20% on your premium. If you are uncertain as to whether you want your home to be actively monitored, give the monitored manager a call at (619) 579-2898 and she will be happy to run you through all of the benefits of having your home actively monitored.
Residential and Commercial Systems:
- Repair Services: Our Customer Care Department can assist in scheduling service for systems including Security, Intercom, Central Vacuum, CCTV, and Fire Alarm. We can provide you with support on many low voltage systems. So please contact us today and a representative will assess your concerns and schedule a service technician with you over the phone. Our Customer Care coordinators can also schedule service for your residential and commercial needs and are available Monday through Friday from 7:00am to 5:00pm to meet your scheduling needs.
Audio/Video System Installation and Repairs:
